GT 630, there's absolutely no competition between the two. Integrated graphics are always a lot less powerful than discrete cards. Especially since integrated graphics shares RAM with the processor. Why are you comparing those two things anyways? If you're on a budget, and won't be gaming, then you don't need a discrete card unless you're rendering video.
