You are more than able to buy what you like. I'm just giving you a different perspective to consider. OC'ing your CPU isn't the best thing to worry about, but can be beneficial in some situations. I believe the i5 4440 is a good quad core CPU that should last just as long as the it 4670k and it's about 30-40 cheaper. The mobo you selected is good, but I just don't like to spend too much on a mobo, because more than likely your going to be changing out the system in 3-4 years anyway (new chipset). As far as the GPU to CPU ratio, I prefer to be around a 1 to 2 price range (generally). That means if I spend $200 on the CPU than I should probably be looking at about a $400 or so GPU. This tends to get you the most bang for the buck, when...

Your build looks good, but here are some advices.

The GPU you have chosen is not very good for high graphics gaming. Get something more like a gtx760 or r9 270x, etc.

Then the antistatic wrist band is not really necessary, i would say. You would ground yourself if you touch any metal parts, say your computer case, etc.

I too built my PC without an antistatic band and i did not have any issues. While building use the box that comes with the motherboard as a stage to fix the RAM, CPU and stuffs.

First of all, I want to use this computer as least 5 years. So, I will rather buy a better cpu xD. I kind of already decided my motherboard, because i search many times and found ASUS max. vi Hero is the best for me and i can upgrade my pc later. I want to keep my pc clean, so I chose a full tower with modular sup. This way, I can add thing later and kept it neat. Also, if I buy that good of gpu, shouldnt I buy better cpu, motherboard, and other parts? Also, ty for the replie

This tends to get you the most bang for the buck, when considering gaming as your requirement. Obviously if you want more CPU power (not that the i5 4670k is that much more than the 4440), than get it. I'm simply trying to give you options to consider.
