I do not want to mess up my first build, so I buy the anti static. Also , do i need other accessory? i have screwdriver.

So...
This is my build...
My budge is 2000 to 1000 dollars ( I want it to be cheapest, but also want it to be good), and I probably wouldnt overclocked(maybe sometimes?). One last thing, do i need a sound card?
TY xD
Ok i change some of my build now.

Firstly, you can;t go wrong with either the Asus or the EVGA GTX 760, and don;t get the 750Ti as it does not compare to the 760.

If you aren't going to overclock, don't get the Asus Hero, that is an extreme overclocking board, just get a Z87 board which will do overclocking well and for a much better price. Also if you don't ant to overclock period, but want much better performance, but the same as a stock 4770k then get this;

ASRock H87 PERFORMANCE

Intel i7 4770 - same stock performance as the "k", only the OC is not unlocked.

GTX 770 2GB/R9 280X graphics card.

Your power supply is fine, though the capacitors are poor, so not good to overclock with.

Motherboards have their built-in own sound cards, so you don't really need one.

CPU coolers are great to keep temps down

Your OS system is the only software you need to start off.

Your SSD to HDD ratio is great, though I'd just get a 250GB SSD, and put the extra into a better graphics card, as that'll get much better performance in gaming to rendering.

8GB ram is just enough for now, though best to get 16GB as you'll need more then 8GB soon.

Overall, a great rig!

Hope this helps.

TY, but i have few questions.
How much is AsRock h89? Is i7 4770 and 4770k are like 30 dollars difference? Should i just buy k and maybe when I overclock later, it will be much better? Also, do u think i need 750w instead or 600w psu? I thought asus max. hero is really good, and if i upgrade later on, i will be better off?

Isnt 120gb too little? So, should I buy 250gb SSD instead of 500gb SSD? Can you tell me better graphics card? I said the cheaper, the better. So, GTX 760 isnt enough? Also, what power supply should I use? I dont want it to be too expensive, but not too bad. Antec HCG 520M only have 520 w and has bad review. So, I will probably use 600w corsair

if not going to be used for photo editing go with i5 4670k for gaming. gtx 770 2gb. SSD only need 120 or 250(unless you want more). cm212 evo is good but if you want oc more than 4.0 ghz i would suggest go with noctua nh-DH14 or liquid cooling. PSU buy xfx brand, a lot of people recommend it than corsair now. I dont think you need static wrist band, as long as you do it on hard wood or use slipers when you are on carpet I think it should be ok. 8gb of rams good enought for gaming. If you want photo editing go with 16gb.

I have my OS on a 120GB SSD. Some say only 60GB is required.

The 760 is one of your choices.

For GTX 760 you only need 500W. The Antec psu is made by Seasonic. It is very good. You might be confused with the non-modular version. Get a power supply from Tier One - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html#13224310

Alpha3031

Honorable

Features
i7-4771 (if you decide you want a OC build replace with 4770k/4670k + cooler)
Cheaper Z87 MB (again replaceable)
Slightly faster RAM (also OCs well)
Smaller SSD, same size HDD (Doubt you can fill a 256 GB SSD with programs or have 1TB of files)
GTX 770
Cheaper (but only semi-modular) PSU
Blu-ray drive
Win8.1
Asus 60Hz 1080p 24" Monitor
Your choice case

Total: $1505.69

Is this what you want?

If you buy later this year there will be newer & more powerful parts released.

OH... but are u sure i5 4670k is enough? I might upgrade my pc later on so i want my cpu be the best. I am not sure my GPU... GTX 770 (which brand?) or GTX 760 (which brand?) I do not want to spend too much money on my gpu. I want my psu modular (or semi), but xfx is more expensive than corsair and corsair psu review isnt that bad, so i chose corsair cx600m. Also, I dont want to ruin my first build, so i decide to buy the wrist band. I am building this for my sister, she might photo editing (online) sometimes (not very likely). So should i pick 8 gb or 16 gb ram?TY

Thank you for the replied. isnt i7 4771 same as 4770? Also, i found that they were like 30 dollars difference. I am not sure that should i use stock market cooler or aftermarket? IF aftermarket, should i use cooler master 212 evo OR Noctua NH-U14 or Noctua 6 Dual Heatpipe? Can you give me those link? I decide that i will use 250gb samsung eve for SSD and 1tb HHD. I think my PSU is the cheapest for semi modular. If u found cheaper psu (semi) please let me know. I already has a monitor, and what ram should i pick? and wat company? Are you sure i should have gtx 770? It is like 300 - 400 dollars, and i dont want to spend too much. Can i just use ASUS gtx 760? Also, i think blue ray is unnecessary. Lastly, u said I should have z89 board? In the beginning, i was choosing Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H or Gigabyte LGA 1150 Intel Z87 (GA-Z87-HD3 ). But, after I found asus maximus vi hero, I decide to have it, because the review is better than Gigabytes and I think it is much better, so...

Things you might wanna change -
Gpu - to 2x gtx 780's
Ram to 16gb
Psu to a little bit better
Case - a personal preference. I just threw in the 450d

What you might wanna know -
The xeon is not just a server cpu, and will not be totally outperformed by the i7 4770(maybe by a little bit because of clocks)

well I have corsair AX850 but i dont really read review before buying it because i tought corsair is good brand but lots of people said xfx better and have better part inside than corsair as far as i know. I personally use Asus gtx 770, a lot of people complain about MSI gtx line up from fan not working properly and etc. Gigabyte gtx 770 I didnt see any complain about it. If its not gona be ultra setting gaming then gtx760 is enough. Photo editing online will not need i7 4770k and 16gb of rams as I know. IF you use adobe photoshop then you need that i7 4770k and 16 gb otherwise go with i54670k 8gb. IF you want the best CPU, just wait couple months because the new line up of Intel will coming out soon in 2 or 3 months even the MOBO too. Plus if you want to save more money wait until black friday. For your case make sure to research that have a lot of airflow it will be useful when you OCing.

First of all, is Intel Xeon E3-1230V3 better than i5 4670k or i7 4770k? Plz explain more about those.
So, i need to buy two gtx 780? It is TOOOOOOO expensive. I thought i only need one gtx 760 or gtx 770,,, Lol
I love Rosewill thor v2 and what do you mean better psu? If i have only single gtx 760, isnt 600w more than enough? Many people said I do not need 16gb ram, because I do not do photo editing or multitasking. I think 8 is good.

You said you were not going to overclock if i remember right - thats why the xeon.. It has no graphics, but has turbo boost and hyperthreading.
It will be better(sometimes) than the i5 4670k and on par with i7 4770k.
If you want 16gb, you could go for it. I actually experienced yesterday running out of ram - 8gb. I was running pretty intensive stuff though, and the games would just shut down. Its up to you.
What i meant about better psu - Still seasonic/oem, but higher rating like 80+ gold or something.

This time, i added a monitor(random asus monitor) since i could not hit your budget. I picked r9 280x because of more vram - i personally do not feel safe with only 2gb, but you might be fine with it from the 770.

If you want cheaper from amd/nvidia it would be r9 280 or gtx 760
