Alright, so about 1 week ago my computer started giving me very loud feedback whenever i use sound. The feedback is persistent, using speakers or headphones makes no difference. Now today my computer started to turn off randomly even though my temps are fine. In addition, my fps in every game dropped substantially. I'm getting 12-20 fps where i used to get 40-50 fps. I'm using Bitdefender and it says I'm virus free. Can anyone please help me fix these issues?

Edit: I get the same fps playing on ultra setting as I do playing on lowest settings.

Solution
Can you post your build - every component make and model - plus OS and age.

It might be old and worn out or just have say a power supply fault.

Ok my computer is about 2 years old I'm running Windows 8.1 with 8191 MB RAM, AMD FX-4100 Quad-Core Processor, AMD Radeon R9 200x, MSI 760GM-P34(FX) (MS-7641) I downloaded HWMonitor, but I'm not too sure what the values it's giving me mean.

The phot's not there.

1600W sounds heaps too big. You need to check the labels. Good brands have their names displayed.

1600w sounds right, but I'm assuming it's way less than that just from your response. I can't open my pc at the moment. However, embarrassingly enough my fps issue seems to have had fixed itself after a few restarts. Still getting bad audio feedback and hopefully no more random shut downs (have had about 3). I'll post my psu info tomorrow if you guys are still interested.

The 12V voltage is nowhere near close enough to 12V and for some reason there's no 5v voltage reported.
And cheeses - you're blowing the sh** outa your cpu - 206C. Thats why your cpus fan is runnin at 100%.
It might be too late but get another power supply NOW!

Post your build (on another pc of course) and we'll recommend something

The temp did drop a lot and I've been gaming for like 8 hours straight, but what do you mean by it may be too late? And please forgive my ignorance but I'm also wondering what you mean by post my build on another pc? Thanks for all your help btw.

New screen cap I just took

Get rid of it. Your screen shot shows the 12V rail at less than 10V

Your CP{U temp is still too high at 45C to 74C. This is because your Vcore is still too high at 1.4V. Can you drop it another 0.1V?

If the cpu runs cooler - say 30C to 50C on load then you can also drop your cpu fan speed back to say 1000rpm
