Use Afterburner and figure out what your best clocks are while running a loop of Unigine.

http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/powercolor_devi...

says 1301 MHz on the gpu and 1370MHz on the memory for the Devil version. This should be the same for GHz edition.

They used the Powercolor tuner, not Afterburner - no power limit adjsustment

Should be. Take it in small steps though. Test each step as damric said.

Sorry my answer was pretty short. What I meant was, run a tough 3d app like Unigine, while slowly bumping your clocks. Find your maximum core clock first, then your maximum memory clock. If your driver crashes, or you get artifacting, you need to increase voltage until it stabilizes. When voltage no longer helps, then you reached your limit. Pay attention to FPS as sometimes raising memory speed too far won't cause a crash, but instead causes errors and FPS starts to decrease.

Catalyst is fine but be aware that it has much more conservative limits on overclocking.
