I just setup my new rig:
i5-4670k 3.4 ghz - MSI z87-g45 - 8 GB HyperX ram - Corsair H60 liquid cooler
ASUS R9 280x DC II - Fractal Design Integra 750 watt - Evo 840 120 GB SSD+7200 rpm hdd.
The case I'm using is the NZXT Phantom (Red Edition) Big tower with 3 fans.

I really feel like over clocking my cpu but I'm not experienced with over clocking cpus. What would be a good speed to over clock the i5-4670k to with the H60 cooler? I'd like to keep my temps under 70 C while gaming.

Solution
do you know how to access the bios? If so you should find some sort of "tweaking tab/option" to hit enter on and then you should be asble to overclock from there, you you should leave the multiplier at stock and the host frequency you rise it by 10, save and exit, if it boots and windows is stable then go back into bios and raise it by another 10

Oh... yeah i know how to access it <.<. I've seen some people raise the multiplier. is that necessary or not?

raising the multiplier is not necessary, unless your doing some serious overclocking
