Error 651 New pc

I just bought a new pc, bootup was fine, getting windows 7 was fine i just cant connect to the internet, i used a laptop and could connect to the internet perfectly fine but i tried on my pc and it came up with error 651 and a redial thing in the bottom left of the box counting down from 60

What do i do?

Here's what i found while googling:
It's a windows 7 PPPoE driver file(which is in build in windows 7) failed error.

You can find the solution for Error 651 in the below link, scroll down to ERROR 651: “Your modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error” in the below link, and i advice you not to try the First point, try rest of the points to solve it.
