Can I remove the top 200mm fan? NZXT Phantom

Hi everyone
I have an NZXT Phantom full tower case and I bought two led 200mm NZXT Fans. I want to install them on the top and install the one that came with the case on the side. Is it possible to remove? I tried but the screws are like really tight.

I removed it fine and I moved it over to the side fan.
I am gonna get two blue LED fans to go at the top.
How do I connect both to the fan controller?
