Can i run the gpu and wich one is better !

I want to know if i can run one of these two gpu:

My pc specs:
my motherboard is foxconn p43al-v i thinkk its ddr2
and i have as CPU : core 2 quad q8200 2.33
my psu is at 450w and it does not have pcie câble
4gb ddr2 ram.

So wich one i can run, and if can run the two of them then tell me wich one is better ! please don't give me any other gpu just stay on these two

The first GPU is better but you have said you have no PCI-E PSU cable, so you would need a molex-PCI-E cable like this one. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Molex-Express-Graphics-Power-Cable/dp/B000KU3QD8 Hope this helped!

It is a lot more powerful... higher default clocks/cores.
