High, yes.
Ultra, not on the newest games.

Ya, probably high. You might wanna change the CPU to like an i5 4670k if you have the money.

Depending on the resolution of the game, yes.

Remember most xbone/ps4 games don't actually look that good. They run with a capped 30 fps, and bad graphics settings.

Upgrade the CPU to an i5 if you have the money. I probably wouldn't upgrade the gpu since the performance boost from the gtx 760 to 770 wouldn't be worth the extra to me (unless you sold off your gtx 760, then it might be worth it). Then again, I am fine with playing at high or ultra :)

Hey yeah thanx for the answer man I'm gonna get an i5 3570k and I'm looking in between a gtx 780 or a R9 290 gpu what worries me though is that the i5 might not be good enough for future gaming 2015/16 and all this talk about the R9 290 card overheats and I got no extra money for water cooling?

If your case has sufficient air cooling you wont need water cooling unless you buy the k version and clock it up.

Your PSU gives enough power for an AMD FX 6350 that come @ 3.9 and can be clocked safely @ 4.1 at half the price of an i5. Stock cooling should be enough as long as your case has adequate ventilation. This will not bottleneck you gpu.

What mobo you have? If you have decent 600w ( pushing it )or more you could sli two 660's at a lower cost since you have one already as long as the mobo and PSU allow it.

Water cooling is for the CPU and not the GPU. If you need bigger better fans than get those to keep the gpu at lower temps.
