Hello everybody,

Beginner question here.

My previous PC had an AMD Radeon 7770 GPU. This PC broke down, so I got myself a new pre-build PC.

This new PC has an AMD Radeon 7670, which is not as good as the 7770 from my old pc.
I want to replace that card with my 7770 in the but the pc won't work with it. When starting up the pc, it beeps 3 times (1 long 2 short).

The GPU needs an 6 pin cable, which I provide with a Molex > 6pins adapter. I also tried it with the power supply from the old pc, but it still beeped.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I really would like to use my 7770 :)

Thanks in advance.

Try and reseat the gpu into the same or different pci slot.

Thanks for your reply. That didn't seem to solve the issue. However I already solved it (had to start the PC without boot check and start as Legancy instead of UEFI for some reason). Thanks again anyways :)
