Will i get more fps on gtx 780 with i7 4770k or i it will me the same with i5 4670k???

It will be the same, maybe 1 fps difference, which is not worth it considering the i7 is $100 more expensive than the i5

Also not all games play nice with HT enabled anyway. With some you might have to disable HT in the BIOS turning the i7 into a i5 anyway. Save the $100+ by getting a i5 and put that money into something else for your rig.
