What would be better i would get a wifi dongle that is here: TP-LINK TL-WN822N
Or the ethernet thats called Hypertec Cat6 Straight 20M RJ45 Network Cable

Which will be better the ethernet will have to be 20m but the wifi will have walls and stuff

Solution
Cable should provide better connection and speed.
20m should be no problem. By specification standard cat5 cable should have max length 100m without need for some repeater. Even if in reality it would be lower quality and possible interferance from other power sources you can still expect numbers like 50m+ probably. I personally have cables about 12-15m and it's np. More important is not to run unshielded cable along some high power source which could cause interferance but generally you dont have to bother with that much.

of course the Ethernet cable will be the best option for constant speed and internet connection as wifi may sound cheaper but will cause to headache as i had same issue a while ago.
