i purchased the MSI GT70 Dominator-895 on the impression i can add mSATA drive to it later, since it comes from amazon with no msata ssd Installed.
but when i opened the laptop , i couldn't find anywhere to install the drive! my drive is crucial m500 msata ssd 128 gb .and i can't even find a slot to install it on my laptop
here's some pictures of my laptop after i opened it , with the HDD bay and an empty bay shown .and a picture of my crucial msata SSD drive

so what can i do ? is there a slot i can buy to install on the laptop and allow me to insert the msata drive into it ? or should i get a normal ssd drive?
if so , where would that normal ssd drive be put ? in the empty current bay or instead of the HDD bay ? because i think one of those bays is faster than the other

You can buy a msata to 2.5 board, I think theyre around like $20-30 on amazon. It allows you to plug your msata into the board, and then the board itself then plugs into the normal 2.5 drive slot in laptop

In your middle pic, that appears to be a regular laptop drive size bay.
What does the Users manual say?

But being so cheap, if they do fail or not work your just out like $15. And if they do fail, theres little very little chance it'll actually ruin anything. They'll just stop working.

Its a mini sata, so make sure yours isn't a really long one. THen yes it works. Judging from all (3) reviews on it, make sure you get some foam with tape on one side, put that on the bottom of the 2.5' bay in your laptop and set the msata board card on the foam side so that its not wiggling back and forth as you carry around your laptop

ok do the above ones that you put links to, fit properly on the 2.5 bay i put a picture for above? because as you said the one i put link to won't be stable in the bay because the holes aren't arranged properly .so any of the two that you referred to can be arranged in the bay in a right way ?

Oh I just picked two out of the tons on amazon. Either way your fine. Just get the foam with tape on one side. Use like 2 or 3 of the little squares on the bottom of the 2.5 bay and it'll be snug. I had to do that same thing with my asus, and that m.2 board screwed into the hhd sleeve/holder, it was still a little loose. Its foam that touches the board, but make sure that the foam touches th eboard and not the chips. The chips will heat, the board is a type plastic.

ok thanks so much for your help.but my second question about which bay is faster, how do i know that ?
and if the bay that the HDD installed into is the fastest, how can i remove it and install it on the empty other bay ? it looks like it's hooked into some kind of a board

You mean which bay out of the two is quicker? Theyre both the same. But if you have a hhd with windows in a certain bay now, then bios recognizes that as the os boot bay. You can change this, and it might change automatically. I just for sake of not experiencing any problems, just make sure that my boot bay is always the same one, even if it means moving everything around. But either way, speed wise, identicle. Both are sata 3. Sometimes the dvd drive is connected to sata 2, but for 2.5 hhd bays, theyre the same speed.

Generally, only ultrabooks need a 7mm thick drive. Yours should be fine with the 9.5mm
