Hi I'm looking to upgrade my tower, to the point of seeing a noticeable difference in gameplay. I'm not looking to spend a great deal (<£200?). In terms of what to upgrade, I'm unsure as which direction to head in. My first thought was to get a new GPU (One with 1GB of ram), but with only a dual-core CPU I'm concerned about getting a bottleneck.

Bottom line is; should I upgrade my CPU / GPU significantly or both of them slightly?

Here are my specs:
Windows 7
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Black Edition (Dual-Core).
4.00GB DDR2 Ram
512MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6450

I don't know whether the motherboard matters; ASUSTeK Computer INC. M3A (CPU 1).

Basically I'd like to play games like DayZ etc at the recommended system requirements.

Thanks.

Really the only thing you can do apart from full system upgrade is upgrade the GPU something in the region of HD7750/70 or GTX650 max for your CPU. Depending on installed PSU.
