How to Monitor Bottlenecking

How can I see if my CPU is reaching 100% before my GPU so I can tell how bad of a bottleneck I'm having. I know I'm bottlenecking I just don't know how bad.

GTX 750 ti
A-10 6700
8gb of Ram (not dual-channel) <<< Will dual-channel benefit the processing cores of this cpu?

You can use MSI Afterburner to track the usage but I prefer HWInfo. With HWInfo you can track the information and save it as a CSV file to view in excel. I'm sure there are other ways to do it but I like to do it that way so I can review it and compare over time.

I don't know I've never used that program before but if you know it works give it a try otherwise the two programs I mentioned before will do the trick also.
