So I've been lagging in smite for a few months, its nothing major but I don't understand why its happening. So a few months ago I was able to play quite a few games without lag, and no issues. Then i started to lag, and i just figured my hardware might be needing an upgrade. so I got a new graphics card, psu, and a few other things. My lag in all other games has stopped, I'm able to run games like warframe, warthunder, planetside 2, and others on max settings with little to no lag. But smite continues to lag. My ping is at rate of 60-80 usually, and my fps is around 60. My problem is that the lag is like the game skips a beat then a second later it will go back to normal, basically lag spikes occuring a few times every minute. What could be causing only smite to lag, when other games that seem to have much higher demands are running near perfect? Any help and responses would be GREATLY appreciated!
