How do you get steam wallet codes online?

Ok , I know this is a stupid question but when you buy a steam wallet code from Game (The UK's equivalent of gamestop) online do u instantly get the code or do you have to wait for a physical code to be delieverd.

I would assume they would email the code to you. Its the only thing that makes sense. But could you give a link to their site?
