Best clock for Trident X?

Im gonna be running a build with a i5-4750, and ASRock Fatal1ty Z87 Killer. (My full build is here, give me some tips if you can:http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3DIz6) Im wondering which clock speed i should go for these parts. Any help is very thankful.

I would change almost everything in your build to get best performance for your money :)

Yeah i talked with my friend who was also computer savvy and came with with this a few hours later (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3DJHb) ill look into your also.

EDIT - Integrated some other parts with my previous build and came up with this (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3EwmA) .
 


Add 13$ and get 840 EVO SSD instead of V300, Kingston V300 SSD is not so good compared to 840 EVO, also for a little less WD Blue is much better than Seagate HDD.

Edit: Also don't get that "overpriced" CRAPPY PSU from "Corsair", CX750W has cheap capacitors and it doesn't like heat.
Also EVGA's cooler should be sufficient to cool down your GPU
