I've been working my way through AC games and just finished brotherhood. I installed revelations and it began lagging (loads) from the start, even at the ubisoft logo and the main menu. I changed all the graphics to minimum to see if it it help and no difference. I started playing to see if it was just the menu and the cut scenes were better but still lagging and when i actually started playing there was still lots of lag
I have found however that if i constantly move the mouse the lag completely goes away.
Im playong on Xbox 360 controller so its a pain constanly having to use one hand to move the mouse to stop lag, so the game is practically unplayable.
specs:
windows 8.1 Pro
Intel Core i5-4570 CPU @ 3.2GHz
Intel HD Graphics 4600 (probably my problem)
The previous games ran perfectly on quite high graphics settings.
Anyone know how to fix the lag?
