Hard disk is free but says its full

Hello, my hard disk space is 415GB free of 465GB. However, every time i tried to download big files like dragon nest, it will says' Your hard disk is full. Please save to another location or make more room on the hard disk'.
Its is virus or something else?

So when you copy/download smaller files it works?
How big files are you trying to download? Also what file system you use?

EDIT: I found some Dragon Nest full client which got 4.82 GB size. I suspect that you use FAT32 filesystem and not NTFS.
If you do that will be your problem. FAT 32 support up to 4GB file size. So you either need to use smaller files (for that dragon nest it may be some smaller downloader which will dl game as many smaller files instead of one big file, but I'm not sure if it's provided) or convert your HDD to use NTFS file system.

Yes it does. They are 2GB to 4GB. It is a zip compressed file that I'm am trying to download
