Much better processor and better quality PSU, 1TB of HDD space for same price, bigger monitor. This is only if you are willing to order from different vendors as well. And, yes, an OS if you don't have it.

You'd honestly be better off buying an hp or Lenovo at best buy. Internals would be almost the same, but you'd get their warrenty and support. You'd get a decent comp for $400 but would still need the monitor/ vs where your at at $400 and still need windows. Same boat, but overall easier and better off with manufactur
