a4 5300 + r7250 or a8 6600K + 2x4gb 1600mhz?

guys can you please help me, i want to play games like assasins creed IV, battle field 4, need for speed rivals and the upcoming watch dog... with 1366x768 or 1280x720 resolution(mid to high or low to mid)especially without lag.. :)
i have a plan on upgrading my pc
here's my idea

my current specs is:
dual core a4 5300 3.4ghz
GA-F2a55m-DS2 1.2rev mobo
4gb 1600mhz(plan to change in 2x4gb 1600mhz)
600w PSU
and im planning to buy sapphire r7 250

or should i go with this
a4 5300 3.4ghz(planning to change in quad core a8 6600K)
GA-F2a55m-DS2 1.2rev mobo
4gb 1600mhz(planning to change in 2x4gb 1600mhz then OC to 1866 and so on)
600w PSU

what do you think????

sir i already have the processor and motherboard its from my sisters pc what i want is to upgrade it to the list that i mention on my post.. :) what do you think is the best idea on that two that i mention sir???tnx in advanced and godbless

even if the a4 5300 have a discrete GPU like r7 250 and the a8 6600 has onlye the 2x4gb 1600mhz ram?

as for now i dont have the r7 250 im just planning to buy it for my a4 5300 but if im goind to buy a8 6600k i will stick to the 2x4gb 1600mhz and OC to 1866 or 2133...
