Sorry I'm new to PC, so what is bottlenecking?

I prefer the term "limiting factor" to bottlenecking.
For a balanced gamer, my rule of thumb is to budget about 2x the cpu cost for the graphics card.
In this case, the balance is ok.

I assume the $100 for the i5-4430 is for a normally price $180 cpu. Nice buy.
