The GTX 760 is a good card and will play BF4 well(its faster than a 270x and on the same level as a 280), but the Q6600 will limit what it can do. The 4670k and a z87 board will remove those limitations. But the biggest issue I see is you are using a very low quality PSU, I would not suggest running that with a GTX 760.
Well, you will be able to play around medium setting with about 30-40 fps at best. I would advise you to upgrade to an i series cpu and a newer mobo. The GPU is just fine
Well, the mobo and cpu don't affect it that much. Mostly the gpu. So ever with an i3 and an asus mobo, with the right gpu, you will be able to get good results. I would go with the 270 or 280 if you can afford it for ultra settings.

actually i have order the card like before a week and expecting it soon , when i was reading the reviews about it , everyone was just saying that its a good card that can run bf4 on ultra
Yeah it definitely can. i was just saying if you wanted to spend a little less money then you should go with the 270 or 280. I stopped trusting Nvidia after I found AMD. They're price for performance ration is better than Nvidias

Wait, the 270X is not comparable to the 260. The 260X might be but not a 280 because that is just BS. I don't know who told you that the 760 can run games on ultra with no problem because it can't
