Will I be able game smoothly on an AOC 29 inch IPS display with my current graphics cards.

If can you run BF3 on ultra @ that resolution, then you should be able to switch to the bigger monitor. You might need to decrease the detail level slightly during some of the more demanding areas in the game but that's a compromise you should be fine with. Just bear in mind that the monitor you're buying isn't QHD capable as the max resolution is 2560x1080 and not 1440. In more demanding games like Crysis 3 or Metro: Last light, You'll need to decrease the detail level to be able to increase the resolution.

So I wouldn't be able to run say... BF3 on ultra settings?
