Im assuming the dedicated card is faster, but will this be A LOT faster? My brother is upgrading to a r7 and i might use this, as the whole APU experience is becoming annoying....

Yes it should be faster. The 6800k uses Radeon 6000 architecture, not GCN architecture. So while it has some general performance boosts it has only half the cores of the 5750. So I would think that the dedicated card will be faster.

In any RTS games it will be a lot faster cause they are always RAM intensive.

You buy an A10 because of the relatively better integrated graphics on a budget cpu.
What you bought is it and no more.
It is essentially entry level gaming with limited upside.
The graphics is not good enough for many fast action games, and the cpu is weak for cpu intensive strategy games. As a middling gamer on a budget it is ok.
