Is there a way to wire all the LED fans to a fan controller to control fan speed, have motherboard monitor the fan speeds at the same time and have separate control of the LED to turn on and off?

Solution
Yes, you can connect as many fans to the MB as you have headers. More if you use a fan splitter. Same with the fan controller.

The pigtail hanging off the Bitfenix Spectre fans works as an on/off switch. But I believe the Bitfenix controller for those fans turns all the fans' LEDs on/off with one button.

I have all bitfenix fans. Am trying to figure out what fan controller would be best, I am leaning towards the bitfenix also. I have a total of 8 fans + two on the video cards. Can some of these fans be controlled together? Not sure how I would wire all these fans up to one controller. Would I need more than one controller. Can the fans be wired in to the controller and the mother board?
