PSU Abnormally Loud

Yesterday my PSU became abnormally loud as if the system were at full load all the time. It was quiet the day before, but now it won't shut up. It all started after I opened up my computer to rearrange the fans inside, and then I installed AI Suite 3 which is supported in my motherboard, and after I ran the optimization everything became messed up. The fans were horribly optimized for one. So I uninstalled the program, reset and loaded optimized defaults in bios, and restored the PC to right before I downloaded the program. The PSU is still acting up. I even moved the fans back into the normal positions, and the only difference is now I have my H60 cooler plugged into the CPU_OPT instead of the CHANNEL_1 FAN. What could be the problem? There is also an audible humming sound coming from the computer, which could be either the PSU, graphics card (I tested changing fan speeds and sound was not affected, so I don't believe the graphics card is the problem), or H60 pump and I'm not sure which.

Solution
CPU_OPT on most asus boards give 12 volts while other fan headers may be variable.

It is possible that your pump was running slower.

Do you have the older round H60 or the newer square one?

If you think it is the power supply, you can temporarily stop the power supply fan by slowing it down from the center of the motor/blades(I will not recommend just jamming something into the blades as I do not want you to break something.).

The fans do not have much power some almost anything will do the job. If the sound stops, it is the psu, if not, let the fan spin back up and stop fans one at a time until you find the noisy one.

The pump can be disconnected to stop it, but should not be left off too long and the system should be idle when...

I found the solution, it turns out that it was not the psu but it was the pump. I fixed it by going into the bios under the CPU fan section I changed it from manual mode to standard Mode and as soon as I rebooted the system, it went dead silent! The humming was due to the contact between the screws and the motherboard causing it to vibrate and make the humming sound. Although I checked the RPMs on the cooler went from about 4600 to 2600, and the idle temp is now at about 30C.
