ASUS N61PC-M2S Driver Updates?

Solution
I doubt BSOD is fixed by a BIOS update. Have you run memtest on each stick of RAM in the first slot for one FULL pass to see if it is a failing memory stick?
Also, run CCleaner and have it do its Clean and Registry portions both. If it is a software conflict, that may fix it. If it finds a lot of stuff, you may need to run through more than one time.
