So i finally decided my spec
CPU: Amd fx-8320
Graphic Card: Gtx 770 2gb
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G46 AM3 970 Motherboard
Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin ddr3
PSU: Corsair Cmpsu-600cxv2
later i will unlock overclock to 4.5,4.6 ghz is 600w enough or should i get 700w psu
*do i get a cooler too..if so then recommend (sorry for my english)
