How can i improve FPS of my system

Hi,
I have a laptop (Lenovo T430) with pretty good configuration, still I am not able to play Assassins creed 4(AC4) smoothly.Following is the configuration:

CPU: Intel Core i7-3520M @ 2.9GHz
Motherboard: Lenovo 23493B4
Memory: 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: HGST Travelstar Z7K500 500GB 2.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Intel HD 4000 Internal Approx total memory 1696 MB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise (64-bit)
DX11

Following is the recommended hardware for AC4
Core i5-2400S 2.5GHz
Phenom II X4 940 / GeForce GTX 470 / Radeon HD 5850 1024MB
4 GB RAM
Win 7 64
DX 11
30 GB

You really can't do anything to the system since it's a laptop.

Not much you can do with that, the GPU (graphics) is the weak link. The intel Hd4000 is probably on par with an old 9500GT or HD 3670. Some laptops can be upgraded but the GPU on yours is integrated in the Processor so there maybe nothing you can do sorry.

There is not much you can do.
Integrated graphics can only go so far.
You will need a laptop with a dedicated graphics chip for action gaming and your T430is not upgradeable for graphics.
