Windows 7 Random black screen issue

I am using a Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 on Windows 7 64-bit. I've been having this black screen problem. Randomly I'll just get a black screen. Even if I'm not even using my computer. I've tried changing things in the registry, re installing drivers, using earlier drivers, etc. Nothing seems to work. But when I get the black screen, my sound cuts off too. I'm not sure what to do.

Some specs:

16gb DDR Ram (I think)
Nvidia gtx 760 graphics card
amd processor (not sure which one)

I don't know what you mean by that. But I turn on my computer through the button and turn it off through the button. I'm not sure why I'm getting this. I never had this problem with windows 8.1 but I downgraded to windows 7 and started having this issue about 2 months later. I have no idea what to do..
