My aged phenom 955 going lame after so long OC'ed

For more than 4 years i have use my pc with OC phenom 955 into max 4Ghz with after market fan but recently i have upgrade it into bigger fan cooler with luckily the cpu itself i can boost up into max 4.3/4.4 ghz sometimes.......but at least 2 or 3 months after it at March and April 2014! my pc going haywire....one by one failed (series of blackout, 2 from 4 of my memory has breakdown, sluggish system while using in full capacity until one of my GPU has failed to me aswell so i have to use single gpu at now, i can't access core 4 in my processor so i have to halved and default it into 3.3..still can't access fourth core........since the fourth core crisis! seems hell door closed for me) i'm thinking want to sell it to others and buy new one....because of my needs for graphic (i'm a graphic architect 3D and editing audio and pictures).......before i thinking for sell it!! can i still safe my baby??? if it yes....how?...thank you

yeah i knew it's breaking apart and yet very limited option to upgrade it.....since the the first budget for making this custom rig is expensive in four years ago....i maybe want to make this pc as a playmate to me niece playing games cooking (before that i have to buy it new set of configuration of processor, motherboard, RAM and vga).......but still!! if few of you sez there's nothing to be left to save, i maybe buy the new one huh!! T_T
