I have switched out the memory in every possible slot, with both DIMMs, I RMA'd the motherboard, didn't fix the problem. Video card and monitor both work. Refuses to show any screen. Could be the adapter from DVI to VGA, I guess?

-AMD FX 4130 CPU
-MSI 970A-G43 Motherboard
-WD 1TB Hard Drive
-EVGA 560Ti 2GB
-EVGA 500W Power Supply
-8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1333MHz RAM
-Corsair 200r Case
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler
-DVD/CD Read/Write Drive
-Copy of Windows Seven (Not yet installed)

That means, its not a PSU problem nor a motherboard problem.

It might be the RAM or the CPU, but not the GPU, since the computer is not even booting to the BIOS.

Try to remove the CPU and then place it back, check if it has any broken pin, BE CAREFUL WHILE DOING THAT!

Sometimes, static electricity might damage RAM sticks, so if for example you have been walking on a wool carpet and then you touch the RAM and there was an electric shock, then the RAM would be corrupt.

I have a MSI 970A-G43 and once I had same problem as you, it turned out that I haven't placed the RAM stick correctly, even if you think you pushed it and it is placed correctly, try to push it more and check if both holders are closed. (Also you should hear a click sound)

I thought I was placing the memory correctly, and I started guessing that one of the CPU pins got broken, but NOPE, it was just the RAM stick.

BE CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK THE BOARD OR THE MEMORY STICK!

I tried again, and it won't display, even with the memory very forced in.

If you are VERY sure that the RAMs are placed correctly, then try to check if the power supply connectors are fully in, especially the 4 Pin (Or 8 Pin) connector which is placed in the slot located on top of the CPU. Also make sure that they are in the right position and direction.

Do the keyboard lights (Num Lock, Caps Lock and Scroll Lock) flash when you power on the computer?

I reconnected all of the power cables half a dozen times, played with the memory some more, and nothing happened. Fans spin, keyboard lights are not flashing, case LEDs are on.

Thanks much, I'm taking this into a shop tomorrow, and he can test both the RAM and CPU in a working system. I really appreciate the help.
