Hi, I have a gateway laptop with a new hard drive. Does the eReovery contain Windows OS? All it says in the information is "eRecovery Media CD sets contain: Recovery DVD, System CD, and Language Disk"

Most probably, it does. Don't expect to get Windows DVD, though - you'll get a bootable CD/DVD which will restore your laptop to "Factory" configuration. In most cases this mean reformatting the hard drive.
