Hey all, i built a new computer around 6 months ago and last week my internet began acting up. The download speed is fine but my upload speed is extremely low. I've tried it using a cable and on the wifi but it remains low. Its not my router or modem because all the other devices in my house get normal upload speeds of around 20 but my computer is getting 4mb/s. Ive tried reinstalling the lan drivers but it didnt help. I've tried disconnecting all the devices from the router except for my pc but that doesnt do anything. I've tried turning off my antivirus also. Help greatly appreciated.
