Mail program in Windows 8.1

I just got a new computer with 8.1. I went to open my email and couldn't remember the password. I am not sure what I pressed, but now it says "Add your email accounts", and I click on "view all in settings", and it says "You've added all the accounts available for this account."

So how do I get back to the logging in process?

First go to the start screen and right click on mail
At the bottom click "Uninstall"
Then after its uninstalled go onto "Store"
Search for "Mail"
And install mail again.
