What to upgrade next?

So here's my system at the moment:
AMD 8350
ASUS m5a99fx pro 2.0
ASUS DirectCU II GTX 760
H100i cooler
1TB WD Blue HDD
Corsair RM850 PSU
Corsair 300r windowed case

So I have has this a while now and I have saved up some money for a few upgrades but I am just wandering what to get right now or whether to wait for future products. I have an upgrade budget of around £200 plus whatever I can get for my existing parts.

So my first option is upgrading the CPU, although the 8350 is great and performs really well it outputs a lot of heat and also gets the VRMs rather hot on the motherboard even with the H100i and its not a particularly loud system but when I am really pushing the CPU the fans can ramp up quite a bit and become distracting. I was thinking of upgrading to an Intel i7 because of the better thermals, performance and power consumption, the only problem with this is I will also have to upgrade my motherboard and although I don't mind switching everything around from one to the other I do know that products on the Intel side do tend to be a bit more pricey so this option would have to be a more long term investment.

My next option is upgrading the graphics card from a GTX 760 to something like a GTX 780. I am trying to keep the system quiet so AMD graphics are going to be a bit of a push especially with their prices at the moment. I was also wandering if I should upgrade another part and wait until the 800 series come out and grab a top end one of those, I know its looking like quite a wait but if i get another upgrade first I don't mind.

Another option is upgrading the storage, I won't be getting rid of my hard drive but more likely buy a 250Gb SSD or thereabout for my OS and also some extra games. This really isn't such a important upgrade for the moment as I am happy to wait for loading times but I have heard it makes a big difference so I just wanted to see what you might think about this option.

So for the CPU/Motherboard upgrade and GPU upgrade I would have to sell what I have now to be able to afford the upgrades but they are still looking to be £100+ upgrades if not £200 so I really want to get it right for now.

If you have any suggestions on what to upgrade to as of specific products like certain motherboards or certain 3rd party GPUs then I would appreciate it especially with the motherboard because I don't know of too many Intel Motherboard on the market right now.

EDIT - I am interested in overclocking the CPU so a reasonably high end motherboard suggestion would be best

Would CLEARLY say that gettting a 120/128GB SSD is the first thing you should upgrade, don't go overkill with a 256GB since you're really only need the fast storage for programs & OS, not for games.
Would recommend the Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD.
Removing the OS workload from your HDD also helps it perform better, when it can focus in getting your game loadings to go faster instead of having the OS to deal with.

With that PSU, you could go for the GTX 760 SLI config if you want max performance, though the GTX 780 is probably my recommendation for a GPU upgrade.

The CPU is still a great CPU, GPU isn't something to complain about either really, would go for the SSD if i where you.

Thanks, that's the exact kind of answer I was looking for. I'll look into that SSD and sounds like a 120gb SSD is the way to go too. Im trying to keep away from SLI for now because I have the 2gb version of the GTX 760 which I heard would perform better in SLI if I got the 4gb versions so they each have more frame buffer and I am hoping to be gaming at some higher resolutions too so that extra memory would definitely help but thanks for the suggestions still.
