Question| What is an acceptable ping between a PC to closest ISP server ?

I checked my ping between my ISP to my computer using the cmd ping command and i got pings around 15ms, is that normal or bad ?

That's actually pretty good (better than mine anyway).

someone told me that the average is about 5-7 ms, i dont know if he was wrong or not but my ISP is really bad which is why i wont be surprised if their connection sucks as well to everyone using it

more opinions ?
