Can't connect to any programs on my computer.

Hello,
Since Friday morning (5/2), I have not been able to connect to any programs on my computer other then Skype and Google Chrome. Here's a screenshot of an example http://i.imgur.com/hjOYlR2.png
Don't really know what to do. Have little to no experience in this field, please help.

Sounds like a possible port issue.

A couple of things to check:

UPnP will automatically forwards (opens) ports as needed, it may be switched off causing all your programs have their ports closed down.

1. Make sure UPnP is enabled on your router.
2. Also make sure your firewall isn't blocking your programs.
