Long Beep After Overclocking cpu (E4500)

Hi,
I have a asus p5n-e sli
with a E4500 cpu
and i have 550 watts of power
When i overclock my cpu my pc beeps.
Can anyone help?

After the beep does the PC boot into windows? I'm going to guess it doesn't and that means it didn't like the overclock. You will most likely need to reset the BIOS and start over again.
