You would be better off getting one highend video card as opposed to getting two 7850s.

Also, you chose a 32bit windows which only can use a max of 4GB of RAM

SLI/Crossfire is never a good idea unless you have top of the line graphics cards. It would be more efficient and powerful with a single GPU like a GTX 780 or R9 290x. Also, why do you need two DVD drives?

You need to figure out what you budget is and what you want to do with this build. The build in your partpicker is about $2300 and to be honest, is not very good for that amount of money.
