VCore falls during stress test

I'm using AIDA64 with FPU Stress checked for my 4770k overclock. I'm at 4.3GHz with manual CPU core voltage of 1.10V. I've run into a problem during the stress test and I'm not sure what to do next. After running the test for about 5 minutes, my VCore in HWMonitor falls and fluctuates around 0.20V and CPU usage in AIDA falls to 0. Stopping then starting the test seems to fix the problem but after a few minutes the same thing occurs. Does anyone know what I should do? I've already disabled Intel EIST in the UEFI. Maybe this has something to do with C-states? I have Asus Maximus VI Hero. Thanks!
