It has no dedicated graphics but it has:

-RAM: 8GB
-Intel HD Graphics 4600
-Intel Core i7 4700MQ (2.4 GHz)
-4 Processor cores
-Lots of hard drive space
-Windows 8.1

Nooooo way that would run with that.

Let me go through the list...
RAM - You're good here
Intel HD Graphics 4600 - Ouch. Intel graphics were terrible up until the release of Iris (5200) graphics, so this won't help you with either of those games at all.
Intel Core i7 4700MQ - Eeeh, I wouldn't say this is a gaming oriented laptop CPU, but its far from nothing (it's an i7, right?)
4 Processor cores - Doesn't really matter. If you have a bad CPU, you could have 64 cores, and it would still play really bad. If you have a good CPU, you only really need 2 cores, and you have a relatively good CPU.
Lots of hard drive space - You gonna need it!
Windows 8.1 - I believe DirectX got some efficiency improvements in this version, so that should help.
