Need advice on potential SLI build

I am thinking about adding a second 760 to run in SLI on my system but I need some advice on whether it is necessary to upgrade my PSU

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz

For a system using two EVGA GTX 760 SC w/ ACX Cooler 2 GB [02G-P4-2765-KR] graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode a minimum of a 700 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 48 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin and two 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors is recommended.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most critical factor.
