It's a nice system overall. What do you plan to do with the system?, if it's only or mostly gaming oriented i'd move down to 8GB of memory instead of 16GB. Also do have enough storage space with only a 128GB SSD? Do you already have a larger drive?

I would also probably stick with Windows 7, but this is really my own personal thing, so i say go forth if Windows 8 is preferable to you.
