I want to boot my MSI A88X-G41 motherboard with Linux but I want the cool motherboard capabilities like Command Center, Click BIOS 4, Live update 5, and stuff like that to work. Would all of it work as is in linux? Or would all of it work in Linux Wine? Or do I just need to submit to windows?

And the OS I will be using.

Any of those utilities which are Windows-based will not run on any flavour of Linux, so that means MSI Command Centre & Live Update can't be used because Linux-compatible versions don't exist as far as I'm aware, which of course means you won't be able to install them.

EDIT: You may be able to install them with a fair amount work though, it's certainly not a simple task. Google it and see what comes up.

Click BIOS will work with any OS since it's not Windows-based, it's simply the name that MSI has given to the motherboard's UEFI on some models.
