Today I just upgraded my Alienware PC from a gtx 670 to a gtx 750 ti. After installing the nvidia drivers I restarted by computer and after the widows loading screen appeared my computer screen went black. I was betting a signal but nothing shows up. I then loaded it in safe mode and it works without a problem. How can I solve this problem.

This is where things get complicated and Im going to sleep soon!
If you can boot via safe mode, good. When you boot into it, try uninstalling nvidia drivers, all of them. Then reboot. Hopefully you can boot without nvidia drivers. Otherwise you can try going into bios and change GPU output to use the on board graphics. From there reinstall drivers...

First I must ask, why have you "upgraded" from a 670 to a 750ti? You have actually downgraded, you have greatly reduced your fps. I dont understand, you have brilliant websites like toms hardware to help, why not ask?

edit: Sorry I edited before you replied.

Don't reinstall Windows, just use your old graphics card, which is actually better than the new one (as pointed out by ImperialistMillitant)

I would but my gpu broke because I was cleaning my computer and I forgot to wear my antistatic wristband
