Windows updates failing

Around 98% of my Windows 7(64bit) updates are failing, I do not understand why and need help towards resolving this.
Any help?

I know this maybe a no brainer, but sometimes people over look it. Do you try to update after a fresh restart? Sometimes Windows updates fail if the computer isn't rebooted for a long period of time. For example, if you put your computer to sleep a lot or never shut down. A fresh reboot and then trying the updates could help.
